If you are really stuck for inspiration then have a browse of other company websites to see what you like and don`t like about them and to get a feel as to how web design works. While a website development company can of course recommend to you a layout and style, if you show them some examples of things you like then the suggestions they come up with are likely to be much nearer to what you are looking for.

Similarly once you have got an idea of what website design in your industry tends to look like you can then have some fun with this and have a go at designing a rough outline for your own site.
