The programming should be of a high enough standard that your website design uses CSS and probably PHP and other languages to allow for more interactive elements and more freedom in terms of the layout. Old fashioned web design used just HTML and got around this by using `frames` whereby the site would actually be made up of two or more pages displayed at once on different parts of the screen. Unfortunately website design that uses this dated and no-longer necessary method will now look very old fashioned which will make the company look less professional. At the same time website design that uses frames will not be `search friendly` as Google searches can bring up just the individual frames without bringing the whole site up leaving visitors with an incomplete picture and often unable to navigate the whole of the site.
