Internet dating is very popular these days. In the past, if people want to meet somebody, they have to go to bars and night clubs. Here are some of the features that a good dating site should possess that your web designer should at least try to incorporate:

1) Privacy – It is important for a dating website creator to consider providing privacy features. Users should be able to control how much information about them would be released in the Internet.

2) Match detector – A dating site will be considered as a useless site without a match detector. Usually, users will be asked to answer a bunch of quizzes so that they could easily get matched with other individuals. Match detector features have to be as precise and accurate as possible.

3) Messaging – Users should also be able to send messages to their Internet friends. Most dating sites today also feature video chatting features so that people will be able to see the individuals whom they are talking to.

4) Search bar – Users should also be able to look for other people with a search bar. Search bar should also have filter options. For example, the search should be refined based on matters like location, religion, or hobbies.
